There is a new fee policy for special programming and events held at Herbert Hoover Presidential Museum. Programs held in the Figge Auditorium during regular business hours will be free with paid Museum admission. This change will not affect events staged outside the building, Hoover Hometown Days, Summer Movie Nights and Christmas Past.

America's First Ladies
April 19 - October 26, 2014
Celebrate America's First Ladies with an exhibit featuring items from select women who have served in that role. Items on display will include: a suit from Hillary Clinton worn at Nelson Mandela's inauguration, Grace Coolidge's Girl Scout Uniform and a ring of Martha Washington's.

Shakespeare Christmas
November 15, 2014 - January 4, 2015

Annual holiday exhibit featuring trees decorated with Shakespeare themes.
Christmas Past Celebration
December 5-6, 2014
The Young Footliters - A Seussified Christmas Carol, Friday at 7 pm and Saturday at 2 and 7 pm. Horse-drawn rides, music, food, fireplaces, and Santa.
The Signature of Baseball
January 24, 2015 - March 22, 2015
In honor of Herbert Hoover’s love for baseball this exhibit will include The Kaplan Collection (signed baseballs from world leaders and heads of state); along with the baseball memorabilia of Herbert Hoover and memorabilia of past baseball heroes and local legends.
The Making of the Great Humanitarian
April 17, 2015 - October 25, 2015
Learn how World War I dramatically altered the life of Herbert Hoover from successful mining engineer to “The Great Humanitarian.”
